Walk a mile in my shoes

See the places I’ve been and the places I could go

Feel the earth beneath your feet

And inhale the fresh air that I’ve breathed

Let the yellow lane marker

Guide you to places you haven’t seen

Walk on into the dawn

Wearing my shoes

Maybe one day

My shoes will bring you back

For now, follow the path of your feet

Listen to the patter of raindrops and

Feel the sunshine on your feet
